Scott has a solid background in Olympic weightlifting and knows all the proper techniques to maximize lifts. The focus required for finding proper technique can sometimes feel demanding, but Scott's light-heartedness and hilarious personality take the stress out of training.
Isaiah is new to the CrossFit world, but he has definitely “drank the Kool-Aid”! He brings a background in Personal Training with a focus on plyometrics, speed and agility, and especially loves to take his clients outdoors for their sessions. His passion and dedication to coaching makes him an exciting addition to the PB&J staff and we can’t wait to see where it takes him.
Jenna is an ISSA certified personal trainer and a CrossFit Level 2 Coach. Jenna has been practicing the CrossFit methodology for over 6 years, but it only took a couple of sessions to realize the strength she was gaining in her morning ritual was not only physical but mental as well. Now a 2 time Pacific Regional CrossFit Games competitor, she has found a true passion and feels extremely fortunate to be able to share with you her knowledge, experience, and love of human movement, CrossFit, and overall well being.
Amanda is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach. She had an interest in training strength playing competitive sports from a young age and was frustrated at the “high reps low weight so you don’t get too bulky” mentality. She finally stumbled upon the strong women of the CrossFit Games in 2012, signed up for her first class in January of 2013 and has not looked back.
She is a huge believer in mechanics, consistency, and then intensity. She’s proudest when she sees an athlete give their all and dig deep. She promises solid playlists, relentless coaching, and all the fist bumps!
