Coach

Bre is a CrossFit Level 1 certified coach who has been practicing the CrossFit methodology for 4 years now.  She’s competed in local competitions, and loves nothing more than crushing a WOD and PR’ing her lifts.  After realizing how CrossFit helped her become stronger and more confident in every part of her
life, she decided to take the next step and become a coach, so that she could help others in the same way.

“CrossFit has created one of the strongest platforms so that girls & women are proud of not simply what their body looks like, but what their body can do” – Elisabeth Akinwale
